On June 27^th took place ceremonial summing-up of the competition “Industrial leader of Prikamye-2006”. JSC TGC-9 was declared among winners in nomination “Electric and heat energy production”.

According to the results of the year 2006 company stations generated 20,1 billion K.W.H. of electric energy and 43 million Gkal of heat energy. Production branches of TGC-9 in Perm region generated 6,56 billion K.W.H. of electric energy, sold 16,14 million Gkal of heat.

The competition “Industrial leader of Prikamye” is held by the administration of Perm region together with Perm regional council of trade-unions and regional association of employers “Sotrudnichestvo” The largest industrial enterprises of Perm region take part in it.

Open Joint-Stock Company “Territorial generating company No.9” was registered on December 9^th, 2004, it started its operation activity on April 1^st, 2005.

The company consists of 23 generating stations, 35 boiler houses and 4 enterprises of heat networks, located in Perm region, Sverdlovsk region and Komi Republic. The installed electric power is 3280 megawatt, heat power – 16952 Gkal/hour. Number of employees is approximately 11 thousand people. General Director of JSC “TGC-9” is Andrey Yurievich Makarov.

Formation of the company principal structure was held in two stages. On May 1^st, 2006 JSC “TGC-9” was reorganized in the form of affiliation of JSC “Perm generating company” and JSC “Sverdlovsk generating company”. On February 1^st, 2007 JSC “TGC-9” was reorganized in the form of affiliation of JSC “Komi regional generating company” – JSC “Territorial generating company No.9” finished formation of its principal structure.

The interest of RAO ”UES of Russia” inTGC-9 is 50,049%, nearly 30% of stocks are controlled by IES-Holding.

The authorized capital stock of JSC “TGC-9” is 17 093 693 607 RUR 64 kopecks. TGC-9 stocks have been admitted to bidding on RTC since September 15^th, 2006, on MICE since September 22^nd, 2006.
