A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on February 28, at 4:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• On the development of long-term projections for Gazprom’s gas balance;
• On the calculation principles for internal gas transmission tariffs;
• On the approval of Mezhregiongaz’s acquisition of stakes in regional gas companies;
• On the Gazprom Board of Directors’ Committee for Strategic Planning;

The meeting will also address other issues falling under the authority of the Gazprom Board of Directors.
