Specialists of Saratov Distribution Grids, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), completed repair activities at 110/10 kV Severo-Vostochnaya substation (SS). Work is performed in accordance with the repair program aimed at preparing of the power grid complex for the upcoming autumn-winter season.

 The power facility is located in the Saratov and provides power supply to the territorial distribution companies and industrial customers. Specialists of the branch overhauled the 110 kV and 6 kV disconnecting switches, 10 kV circuit breakers. Repaired 110/10 kV power transformers, 10 kV voltage transformers, 110 kV surge arrestors, 10 kV circuit breakers, 10 kV arc-suppression coils, 10 kV bus sections and busbar bridges. Painted metal structures and power equipment.

Timely repair of 110/10 kV Severo-Vostochnaya SS will improve the reliability of power supply to consumers of regional center in condition of peak consumption loads during autumn-winter period and prolong the operational lifetime of the power equipment. Measures within preparation for operations during the autumn-winter season are performed in other branches of IDGC of Volga, PJSC: Mordovenergo, Penzaenergo, Chuvashenergo, Orenburgenergo, Ulyanovsk DG, and Samara DG.
