On September 25, 2013 the Supervisory Board of OJSC “ALROSA” held its meeting.

Members of the Supervisory Board approved the ALROSA Group Strategy. Key elements of the Group Strategy include: focusing on the core rough diamond mining operations, maintaining production in Yakutia and ramping up the Company’s operations in the Northwest of Russia, disposing of non-core assets, utilizing development prospects in Africa and enhancing operational efficiency.

The Supervisory Board also approved the Corporate Governance Code and the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy of OJSC “ALROSA”.

The meeting reviewed certain other issues relating to the Company’s current operations.
