SISTEMA JSFC plans to float a bond loan with a nominal value of1.2 billion rubles. It will take place some time in September or October.

SISTEMA Finance Investments JSC, a 100%-owned subsidiary of SISTEMA JSFC, will bean issuing company. SISTEMA JSFC will act as a guarantor of the loan. Funds from the bond loan are to be used for financing investment projects of SISTEMA JSFC.

The sponsor and paying agent of the loan is ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria. Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development JSB will be its co-sponsor and financial consultant.

It is planned that the bond flotation will last 24 months
