New appointments at Sistema JSFC

By the decision of the board of directors of SISTEMA JSFC Alexei Buyanov was appointed first vice president of SISTEMA JSFC and chief of the finance and investment complex. Alexander Leiviman, who held this position before, will continue to supervise the corporation’s financial and economic policy as a member of SISTEMA’s board of directors.

By the decision of the board of directors of SISTEMA JSFC Sergei Savchenko, the director of the budget department, was appointed vice president of SISTEMA JSFC. Vasily Platoshin, who worked earlier as the chief accountant of  NIME & MIKRON JSC, was appointed chief accountant of SISTEMA JSFC. Alexander Rogachev, the chief of the regional department, was appointed vice president of SISTEMA JSFC.

Alexei Nikolaevich Buyanov was born in 1969 in Moscow. In1992 he graduated from the Moscow physics and engineering institute (MPHEI) specializing in applied mathematics and physics. Buyanov has been with SISTEMA JSFC since 1994. In 1994 and 1995 he held various positions at SISTEMA’s property complex. In 1995 he was appointed chief of the administration at ZAO SISTEMA-INVEST becoming later the company’s vice president. In 1997 Buyanov was appointed first vice president of ZAO SISTEMA-INVEST. From 1998 to 2002 he was the vice president of Mobile TeleSystems JSC. Since July 1 till his latest appointment he was the vice president of SISTEMA JSFC heading the financial restructuring department.

Sergei Polievich Savchenko was born in 1958 in the city of Orekhovo-Zuevo. In 1980 he graduated with an honorary diploma from the economic department of the Moscow State University. In 1983 he graduated from theUniversity’s postgraduate study courses getting a scientific degree in economics. In  1995 Savchenko attended London Business School. In 1984 and 1985 he worked as a deputy editor of the critique and bibliography department at the Problems of Economics magazine of the USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1985 to 1989 Savchenko was a consultant of the economic policy department at the Political Review magazine of the CPSU Central Committee. Starting in 1990 as a consultant at the Moscow office of Bain &Company, one of the leading companies in strategic consulting, he became the deputy general director of its Moscow representation in 1997. From 1997 till 1999 Savchenko was the deputy general director of ZAO LINK managing a number of investment projects. From 1999 to 2002 he worked as the deputy general director for economic and financial matters at ZAO MTU-INFORM. In June 2002 he was appointed head of the budget department and financial director of SISTEMA JSFC.

VasilyVasilievich Platoshin was born in 1965 in the Bryansk region. In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow automotive and road-building institute specializing in engineering and mechanics. In 1996 Platoshin graduated from the Russian academy of management with a diploma of economist.From 1996 till 1999 he worked as the deputy chief accountant at MEDINTSENTR of the Head Office of diplomatic corps services. Between 1999 and 2000 Platoshin was the leading expert of the stock department at ZAO SISTEMA-INVEST. From 2000 to 2001 he was the chief accountant at the Moscow fund of Presidential programs. In 2001 he became the chief accountant of NIME & MIKRON JSC.

Alexander Petrovich Rogachev was born in 1962 in the Belgorod region. In 1984 he graduated from the Orlov military command academy of communication specializing in electric wiring communication. In 1995 he graduated from the Military academy of communication, the department of military and administrative management. Rogachev has a scientific degree in engineering (1999). From 1984 to 2002 he served in the KGB of the USSR and Federal government communication administration of the Russian Federation. He left the administration in the rank of the first deputy chief of its Central office. Between 1997 and 2000 Rogachev was an adviser to the Chairman of the Federation Council. Major general in the reserve. His awards include: Order for military merits (1996), Medals for Irreproachable service of the 3d degree(1990), For Distinguished military service (1996) and For Strengthening military concord (2000).
