The JSC "Irkutsk Aviation Industrial Association", acting in compliance with the procedure established by the Offering Circular for the interest-bearing registered non-documentary bonds of the JSC "IAIA" of A01 series (State registration number of the issue 4 - 01 - 00040-A, date of State registration March 13, 2002) announces the interest rate of the second coupon of the bonds.

The rate of the second coupon of the bonds is set at 18.5 per cent annual.

Commencement date of the second coupon period is September 29, 2002. Effective date of payment of coupon profit yield for the second coupon of the bonds is March 30, 2003. In the context of the date specified falling on a non-business day, the payment of coupon profit on the second coupon of the bonds, in compliance with the Offering Circular, will be done on March 31, 2003. The sum of payments on the second coupon of the bonds will make 92.25 Roubles per one bond (of par value of 1000 Roubles).
