As part of the XXIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Rosneft,  Samsung Electronics and IK SIBINTEK signed a trilateral agreement on cooperation in the sphere of innovations and digital technologies development. 

The document specifies the main lines of mutually beneficial cooperation in the course of the implementation of joint projects which deploy the Samsung technologies. The parties intend to develop the information systems of Rosneft and improve corporate mobility.

Digital transformation of business is one of the key elements of the Rosneft-2022 strategy. The implementation of advanced digital technologies allows the Company to enhance the execution efficiency of projects in all segments of operations.

Cooperation with Samsung Electronics will facilitate developing the best process solutions for the execution of Rosneft's digital transformation program.
