Rosneft Oil Company and Tomsk Region have signed an additional agreement on cooperation in the social development at the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The document was signed by Chief Executive Officer of Rosneft Oil Company Igor Sechin and Governor of Tomsk Region Sergey Zhvachkin.

Subject to the document, the Company will help the region to strengthen the social sphere, develop and promote public and children sports in Tomsk Region.

The agreement on the social and economic cooperation between Rosneft Oil Company and Tomsk Region has been effective since 2016.

Tomskneft VNK JSC, a large upstream enterprise equally owned by Rosneft and Gazprom Neft, operates in the region. Tomsknefteprodukt, a subsidiary of Rosneft, sells petroleum products via the marketing chain of the Company in the region.
