Based on a corporate disclosure study conducted by international rating agency Standard & Poors, OJSC TsenterTelecom has been acclaimed as one of the top 20 Russian companies in terms of its overall business transparency.  S&P Experts pointed out that this study was carried out using public information sources, including annual financial statements, websites and other documents issued by domestic and foreign regulatory agencies.
