In the framework of the International RuGrids-Electro Electric Power Forum, which took place in Moscow from October 15 - 17, Rosseti signed a series of cooperation agreements. First Deputy General Director for Technical Policy of Rosseti, Roman Berdnikov, signed the agreement on behalf of Rosseti.

In particular, Rosseti is going to work together with RTSoft on the development of an automated process control of electric grids and will facilitate the introduction of innovative technologies and solutions aimed at improving the efficiency, reliability, and safety of the grid infrastructure.

Also, Rosseti will support the development and deployment of domestic high-strength and high-temperature wires. This solution has been confirmed by the Agreement signed between JSC Rosseti, JSC Redaelli Severstal-metiz Group of Companies and LLC Energoservice. The agreement is aimed at developing a long-term and effective partnership in executing the investment project as well as the production and implementation of domestic high-strength and high-temperature wires, as well as their modifications.

The cooperation agreement was signed with JSC "All-Russian Research and Design Institute of Technology and Cable Industry" (VNIIKP). Among the main planned activities is the completion of the design of a Federal Test Centre in the territory of the Russian Federation; improving the reliability, energy security, and energy efficiency of cable and overhead lines in the 0.4-500 kV range; making recommendations for the development of modern methods of construction and maintenance of cable networks, as well as training and skills development and research.
