On February 2, 2004 Board of Directors of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC adopted the Resolution on fixing the 11^th  of February 2004 as the launch date of the placement of "UTK" PJSC series 02 non-convertible interest-bearing documentary pay-to-bearer bonds with face value of 1000 rubles each and mandatory centralized custody (Minutes ? 30). Volume of the bond issue is RUR 1.5 billion, the maturity date being the 1,092^nd  day from the launch date of the bond placement. The bonds are to be placed by public offering in the MICEX Stock market section.
