The Board of Directors’ meeting has come to an end at Gazprom’s headquarters.

The Board of Directors has taken into account the information of the measures on improving Gazprom’s bottom lines and instructed the Management Committee to keep up optimizing the balance structure.

The Board of Directors has also taken into account the information on Gazprom’s non-governmental pensions.
