On 22 July 2019, the international rating agency Standard &
Poor’s raised the long-term credit rating of IDGC of Centre, PJSC
(since June 2019, operating under the brand “Rosseti Centre”)
from BB to BB+ on the international scale with the Stable outlook.
The key factors in the rating of Rosseti Centre
were stable operational indicators, balanced debt load changes, and
the high systemic importance of the company, both for the regions of
its activity (it operates in 11 regions of the Russian Federation)
and for Rosseti’s Group.
When making the decision on increasing the credit
rating of IDGC of Centre, PJSC, the agency took into account the
stable results of the Company’s operating activities, sufficient
liquidity on the horizon for 12 months and the expectation of a
positive cash flow in the medium term.
“The next increase in the credit rating of
Rosseti Centre testifies to the financial stability of the Company
and the compliance of its activities with high standards of corporate
governance recognized in the Russian practice,” stressed General
Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti
Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy.
