August 8, 2019. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has paid coupons on series 07 and 08 bonds (state registration numbers 4-07-55038-E and 4-08-55038-Å as of December 27, 2018).

In accordance with the Decision on securities issue, RusHydro paid coupons on series 07 and 08 bonds with a coupon rate of 0.1% per annum on August 8, 2019 (at the end of thirteenth coupon period).

Total amount paid was RUB 1,097,818.50 including RUB 948,525.50 on series 07 bonds and RUB 149,293 on series 08 bonds. Coupon payment amounted to RUB 0.50 per bond.

In February 2013, RusHydro had successfully placed series 07 and 08 exchange-traded bonds in total amount of RUB 20 bn (state registration numbers 4-07-55038-E and 4-08-55038-Å, respectively). The coupon interest rate on bonds for periods 1 - 10 was set at 8.5% per annum. The bonds were included in quotation list A of securities admitted to trading on MOEX.
