At its regular session held on February 1, 2005 UTK’s Board of Directors took a decision to satisfy the request of the Company’s CEO Ivan Ignatenko to relieve him of his post on account of poor health. Nikolay Martinenko, Deputy General Director – Technical Director of "UTK" PJSC  was appointed as acting chief executive.
