During 9 months of the current year, employees of the Customer Service Center (CSC) of Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), accepted 1,172 requests for technological connection, 375 requests out of them were from small business. They also concluded 964 agreements for technological connection. Actually, the electric power was obtained by 1,035 new consumers. In total, in 2016, 5,000 customers addressed to the CSC on the various energy supply issues.

Counseling services in the CSC are rendered free of charge. The Center also deals with issues related to replacement, sealing and verification of power meters, making up new technical documents to record the change of owner. For the convenience of customers, there is a terminal in the hall using which they can pay for billable services on site.

Consumers do not need to visit other Orenburgenergo subdivisions anymore. Convenient location of the CSC and working schedule help clients to save their time and money.

The CSC is located at: bld. 59, ul. Karagandinskaya, Orenburg. It works on the basis of "one-stop-shop" principle and is open from 10:00 a.m. till 07:00 p.m. without any break, 5/7 (from Tuesday to Saturday).
