From 1st June till 31st August 2009, OJSC North-West Telecom is holding a promotion action, "Connect a Friend", in the North-West of Russia (except for St. Petersburg, Novgorod and Novgorod Oblast). According to the terms of the action, the user of the Avangard service, upon whose recommendation a contract of broadband access to the Internet is made with a new subscriber within the said period, will receive a bonus of 100 to 300 roubles to his/her account.*

The action is valid only provided the new subscriber enters into a fixed-term contract for 6 or 12 months for any of the rate plans of the Avangard service and provided he/she fills out an application, stating the full name and the telephone number of the recommending person. The number of clients who may get connected upon recommendation of one subscriber is not limited – money will be entered for each new subscriber .**

The contract may be made at Points of Sales and Clients Servicing of OJSC North-West Telecom or when ordering the "Turn-key" service.

* The amount of the bonus may vary depending on the branch and the rate plan of the Avangard service chosen by the new subscriber . The money entered on the personal account of the subscriber will be used for the payment for OJSC N.W. Telecom's communication services.

** If a new subscriber makes the contract after the 25th of the current month, the money will be entered on the account of the subscriber, who has recommended the connection to the service, in the next calendar month. Money will not be entered on the personal account, if the new subscriber applying upon recommendation has already been using the Avangard service under a contract of unlimited term and, at the same time wants to make a fixed-term contract, and if there is no technical feasibility of connecting the service during the action period.
