For the first time, within the framework of the competitions there will be the stage where the judges will assess the professionally important psycho physiologic features of the operative personnel.

The following teams representing all seven branches of IDGC of North-West will compete for the title of the best mobile team (MT) of the unified grid company. Among then are: “Arkhenergo” JSC, “Vologdaenergo” JSC, “Karelenergo” JSC, “Komienergo” JSC, “Kolenergo” JSC, “Novgorodenergo” JSC and “Pskovenergo” JSC.

Each team, which came to Vologda is headed by the manager together with the professional cheer leaders group consisting of technical specialists and psychologists, has also four persons – a master, a dispatcher and two electricians.

All in all, the mobile teams – participants of the competition, are to show their theoretical skills and the ability to work at seven stages.

1st stage - Check up of the guidelines and present rules knowledge, as well as work norms with the use of PC on the basis of “ASOP - Info environment” program complex.

2nd stage – Production of the operating switches to transfer the equipment to repairs, working place preparation and the brigade admission in the scheme of Severnaya substation of 110/35/10 kV which is conventionally is in operation.

3rd stage - Failure situation liquidation at Severnaya substation with the activities of open distribution unite personnel in Complete distribution device of external installation and in the relay hall.

4th stage – Release of the injured (dummy) from the power of the electric current and its release from the portal in the cell of electron volt – 35kV T2. Rendering of paramedical first aid to the injured with the help of the team members (is carried out with the help of the resuscitation training simulator of “Gosha” type).

5th stage - fire extinguishing at Service Transformer -1 with the use of the primary means of firefighting and the admission of the fire team of Emercom of Russia State Fire-Fighting Service.

6th stage  - liquidation of the technological violations and the production of the operative switch over with the use of the “Modus” computer simulator.

7th stage – Assessment of the professionally important psycho-physiological features of the operative personnel. 

The main judging committee will assess the performance of the teams consisting of the managers and specialists of IDGC of North-West headed by Georgiy Turlov, Deputy General Director, Chief Engineer of IDGC of North-West, JSC.

It is expected that on June 4-5 Alexander Kukhmay, IDGC of North-West Deputy General Director will come to Vologda. He is going to personally observe the professional competitions and inspect the readiness of the training ground, as well as assess the level of the professional readiness of the mobile teams’ workers.

Alexander Kukhmay will also take part in the ceremony of the winners awarding ceremony. Today the head of the Interregional distribution grid company sent to the Company’s participants the Appeal where he congratulated the teams on the beginning of the professional competitions.

Company’s General Director personally wished all the participants to go successfully through all the stages till the victory.
