In total, 2222 applications were received from consumers for utility connection to the networks of "Chuvashenergo" branch, including 1095 applications through a personal account on the company's website. In total, 1895 contracts were concluded (taking into account submitted applications in earlier periods) for utility connection with a total maximum capacity of about 35,623 kW.

In order to receive the utility connection service of objects with a volume of electricity consumption of up to 150 kW, it is not necessary to visit customer service offices. All that is required is to fill in the electronic application entry form in the “Personal Account” on the company's website www.mrsk-volgi.ru, and then follow the steps of the procedure in “online” mode. Currently, the "Personal Account" also has the possibility of signing a contract using an electronic digital signature (EDS). The applicant can sign the contract by phone, via SMS.
In the traditional way, consumers of the Chuvash Republic can send their appeals to the CSC in the city of Cheboksary, located at I. Yakovleva ave., 4/4, as well as in the production departments of the "Chuvashenergo" branch, which are located at: Cheboksary (Gladkova St.,13, tel.: (8352) 39-95-65); Alatyr (Gagarina St., 19, tel.: (83531) 2-83-87); Kanash (Zheleznodorozhnaya St., 267, tel.: (83533) 3-89-63). Besides, for the convenience of customers, applications are accepted in each of the regions of the branch’s electric networks and by sending them through the “Russian Post”.
