The Acting Chairman of the Management Committee of Gazprom Alexander Ananenkov held a conference on the gas mains facilities construction and modernization today at the Head Office of the Company.

The conference was attended by the managers and specialists of the related departments and divisions of the administration bodies of Gazprom, Gazcomplectimpex, the Company’s gas transmission subsidiaries, Yamalgazinvest, Beltransgaz, design institutes and the Russian equipment manufacturers and suppliers.

The participants of the conference discussed the issues related to provision of the timely commissioning of gas compressor stations and sections of the NRTO – Torzhok and the Yamal – Europe gas mains in the Russian and Belarus territories as well as realization of the Program for reconstruction of gas transmission and storage facilities in 2004.
