Employees of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids, a branch IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), took part in the youth scientific and practical conference of the Federation of Trade Unions of the region. Together with the colleagues from 18 craft trade unions that are workers of enterprises and organizations, and students from the universities in the region, the young activists of the branch discussed issues related to social and labor rights and interests of young workers. The event was timed to celebrate the regional Day of the labor glory and trade union worker.

The conference was held on the site of Aviastar-SP, JSC. Excursion to the final assembly workshop of Ulyanovsk Aircraft Plant was organized for all participants. The branch representatives actively participated in the work of training grounds on the labor protection, collective bargaining, answered the questions of experts in the business game, as well as passed master classes on public speaking.

During the conference, the most active young trade union leaders were presented with letters of thanks from the Federation of Trade Unions and the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region.

 The chairman of the Youth Council of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids Lantratova Margarita was awarded a letter of thanks of the Regional Union Federation of Trade Unions of the Ulyanovsk region. “Such conference is an excellent opportunity to communicate with trade unionists from other companies and share experience in the field of youth policy. The main thing we are taught here is to defend the rights and interests of the team, including the expansion and improvement of social protection of young professionals,” said Margarita Lantratova.
