A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman, and Nikolay Vinogradov, Governor of the Vladimir Region, was held today at Gazprom’s Headquarters.
The parties focused on the progress in and prospects for gas deliveries to the Vladimir Region.
In 2004 Gazprom plans to invest RUR 87.34 million for constructing gas branches and gas-distribution networks in the Vladimir Region (including the Mstera station – the settlement of Mstera and the town of Yuriev-Polsky– the village of Krasnoye – the village of Sima gas branches).

In 2003 Gazprom delivered over 2.8 bcm of gas to the Vladimir Region, to be, likely, increased to over 2.9 bcm this year.
For the time being, gas is supplied to 66.3% of the Vladimir Region’s territories, against Russia’s average of 52.7%.
As of January 1, 2004, the local consumers’ debt for gas supplied accounts for RUR 166.92 million.
