On December 26th, 2006 the special stockholders’ meeting of “Territorial generating company No.9” decided to pay out dividends on stocks of the company according to the results of 9 months of 2006.
Dividends will be paid out during 60days at the rate of 0,000051778 RUR on one equity of the Company. They will give 250 million RUR on dividend payment.
Authorized capital stock of TGC-9 is 14 484 892 108,41 RUR, it is divided into 4 828 297 369 470 equities with principal value of 0,003 RUR.
