Anatoly Avdeev has been named as Vice-President of MMC Norilsk Nickel. His duties will include managing co-operation between Norilsk Nickel and the Russian State Customs Commission and with the various regional customs authorities. He will also be responsible for carrying out Norilsk Nickel's policies in the area of customs and duties.
Biographical Information
Anatoly Avdeev was born in Moscow in 1968. He graduated from the law faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, specialising in the legislative regulation of importing operations in the Russian Federation. The work Mr. Avdeev has undertaken throughout his career has, from the start, been concerned with the issues of the legislative regulation of foreign trade and customs and excise. From 2000 to 2002 he was General Director of Trans Logistic Consult, a nationwide customs broker, and one of the leading players in this area of the market. |
