Gross revenue for the year 2002 is expected to reach 738.2 million rubles, a 28.4% gain over the year-ago period, tariff revenues is expected to go up by 24.8% making 614.6 million rubles, balance sheet profit is expected to amount to 1478.7 million rubles due to permanent control over costs.
Northern part of inter-zonal fiber-optic communication line was reconstructed. Two SDH-rings of STM-4 level were formed in the network of the Krasnodar Territory providing for flexibility and reliability of transportation network operation. Compression equipment was installed in the most profitable routes: Krasnodar - Gelendgik and Krasnodar-Sochi. Length of trunk channels was increased by 816.5 thousand channel/kilometers, number of outgoing trunk channels reached 600 channels. Basic telephone sets are expected to exceed 67500 numbers, a 35% gain over the year-ago period.
The Program on Development of Rural TN in the Krasnodar Territory for the years 2002-2006 is being successfully realized, over 30 000 telephone numbers were put into operation in rural TN.
Plan of capital investments has been fulfilled: 123.5 thousand numbers were put into operation, implemented fixed assets amounted to 1240.0 million rubles, capital investments reached 1405.0 million rubles.
"UTK" PJSC exercises permanent control over account receivable. Maturity period of receivables is 16.8 days being the shortest among the Russian joint-stock companies. Receivables of budget organizations especially sponsored from federal budget have been reduced considerably (by 3.5 million rubles) in spite of repeated natural disasters in the Krasnodar Territory.
Due to centralization of cash flows the Company repaid its debts to banks, vendors, contractors and Rostelecom.
Factors of efficiency are improved due to growth trend of main economic indices: tariff revenue per one line is up by 16.6% and stands at 3633 rubles, balance sheet profit per one employee - by 3.5 times and amounts to 136374 rubles, profit per one line - by 3.1 times and reaches 1738 rubles, number of lines per one employee - by 14.8% and makes 78.5 lines. Gross revenue for the year 2002 went up by 28% versus 2001making RUR 10.5 billion. Revenue from telecom services amounts to RUR 9.9 billion, a 26.3 gain over the last year. |
