On December 3, 2003 , the General Meeting of Shareholders of OAO “Open Investments” elected the Board of Directors of 5 members.

The Board now consists of three representatives of Holding Company “Interros” — Sergei Aleksashenko, Andrey Bourgov, Yekaterina Salnikova — and two independent directors — Pavel Teplukhin (President of “Troyka Dialog” Managing Company and Board Member at GUM, “MostoTrest”, Member of Expert Council at the Committee on Credit Organizations and Financial Markets), Yevgeny Yasin (Research Director of State University — Higher School of Economics, Director of Institute of Expertise, Director of OAO “Vympelkom”).

Yekaterina Salnikova is a new member of the Board of Directors.
