By the decision of SISTEMA JSFC’ board of directors Vyacheslav Manyryn was confirmed as president of SISTEMA-NEFT JSC. Vyacheslav Nikolaevich Manyryn was born on August 23, 1955 in the city of Kinel, the Kuybyshev region. In 1977 he graduated from the Kuybyshev polytechnic institute specializing in mining engineering. From 1977 to 1985 Vyacheslav Manyryn worked as an engineer, senior engineer, deputy to shop superintendent, superintendent of the oil-and-gas production shop at the Chapaevsk neft oil-and-gas production administration (OGPA, the city of Bezenchuk). From 1985 to 1990 he served as the deputy head of OGPA, chief engineer of OGPA at the company Vateganneft (the city of Kogalym). From 1990 to 1992 Vyacheslav Manyryn was the head of OGPA at Vateganneft (the city of Kogalym). From 1992 to 2002 he headed the Lukoil-Volga production association (the city of Samara). Vyacheslav Manyryn was awarded the medal For developing subsoil of Western Siberia.
