From 1st October 2008, OJSC N.W. Telecom and the CJSC Delta Telecom (Sky Link St. Petersburg) mobile communication operator are launching a joint action of Sky Link in Avangard, within the framework of which they offer their subscribers the services of dedicated access to the Avangard Internet * and wireless Internet access Sky Link at special reduced rates.

The subscribers participating in the action may cut down their monthly expenses for the payment for the service of broadband access to the Avangard Internet and get a forth month of using the service free of charge. Besides, the connecting subscribers will get 200 Mb of Sky Link Internet traffic as a gift. **

Both new subscribers and the existing users of Avangard and Sky Link may take part in the action. Valid contracts with two communication operators, OJSC N.W. Telecom and CJSC Delta Telecom, is the mandatory condition.

New subscribers may have the two services connected simultaneously in the Kompyuterny Mir chain of computer stores and in the Dixis communication shops. To switch over to the special rates, the subscribers who have been already using the Internet access services under the Avangard or Sky Link trademark s must produce the existing contract with one of the communication operators at the subscriber service centre of the other operator.

Telecom 's Sales Manager Oleg Popov, "the Sky Link in Avangard action is a profitable offer to those who want to know the latest news everywhere and always by getting the necessary information . Access to the network will be always at hand in a convenient form: at home our subscribers use the fixed-line Avangard Internet and out of home they use the mobile Sky Link Internet . The service territory covered by the two operators is not confined to St. Petersburg alone, and we are planning to make this offer in other regions of the North-West, too*** ".
