Under the legend the anonymous telephone call designated the menace of explosion, having informed about the explosive assembly. According to the signal of shift leader there was announced the assembly of all members of Committee on prevention and elimination of emergencies and safeguarding of fire safety. Under the search scheme first there were inspected the most important production objects, the damage of which could affect the heat supply of Yekaterinburg. For the boiler-turbine shop these were turbines and boilers; for the power shop – transformers and distribution devices. Then the extraordinary search-and-rescue units inspected the pipelines, feeds and production site area.

At the same time the safety facility service team prepared the shelter to evacuate and protect the station personnel. Two medical points were organized to render the first aid. With the help of extras the input commands on rescue of the victims were processed.

All actions of the participants were controlled by the special computer program. When there was no menace in a definite sector under the report, the specialist on duty activated the green button of the program. Thus the Technical Director of the Station Alexander Oreshin, the manager of the exercises, could get the full information. The red button, which if pressed shall lead to evacuation of people and cordoning off, was not used.

All actions of the participants were assessed as well co-coordinated, providing prevention and liquidation of emergencies. At that there was ensured the continuous operation of the production process.
