The goal of the measure is to check readiness of repair breakdown gangs for abandonment of possible emergency situations on the objects of the branch and also to work through cooperation with all organization departments and third-party organizations. During exercises they checked complement of material and technical resources and procurement of fuel resources.

Tactical special exercises are conducted according to the plan of primary arrangements of the branch on the questions of civil defense, prevention and abandonment of emergency situations.

During the exercises they imitated an emergency situation, as a result of which the Riverside pump fell out and the water flood began. During the staging they worked through the actions in the present situation of the repair and technical brigade, operative and supervisory personnel. As a result of well coordinated actions, the emergency situation was liquidated and restorative works were executed in full capacity.
