The Board of Directors determined composition of the Management Board of seven members and unanimously elected Victor Khmarin, Deputy General Director for resources and prospective development, to the Management Board.

The appointment enters force on January 16, 2019.

His appointment is related to RusHydro’s increased focus on resources supply and procurement, and long-term development of RusHydro Group, including development and execution of Long-term program of substitution of retired capacity and development of energy system of the Far East. 

Victor Khmarin works in PJSC RusHydro in capacity of Deputy General Director since March 2015. He graduated from the law department of St. Petersburg State University in 2000. Before joining RusHydro he worked at management positions in a number of commercial entities.
