The Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development begins its second decade in banking with a launch of a new development concept for AKB MBRR (OAO) in 2003 to 2006, under which added emphasis will be placed on retail banking and promotion of new retailing banking products. This year, the Bank plans to increase its authorized capital. It continues to expand its network of branches, with new branches to open in Novosibirsk and Krasnodar soon.
