Bonds of JSC Concern “Kalina” are one of the most trading securities on MICEX. Acceptance of this fact became including of bonds of JSC Concern “Kalina” in quote list MICEX of the first level since February 1, 2003.

Allocation of registered coupon bonds of series 002 of JSC Concern “Kalina” (state register number 4-02-30306-D dated November 15 2001) was carried out on 12-13 February 2002 on MICEX. The organizer and underwriter of this issue became Investing Company “Troyka Dialog”.

The volume of the issue is 550 million rubles.

In accordance with Resolution about bonds issue there was provided an opportunity of pre-term pay out of bonds with the price 100% of nominal value on 11 February. Bonds owners or nominal holders had right to send a written application to National Deposit Center about pre-term bonds pay out in term since 13 till 27 January 2003. During mentioned period no application with request of pre-term pay out arrived to NDC.
