In 2002 "UTK" PJSC planned to put into operation 365481 telephone numbers, actually 374235 telephone numbers were put into operation which accounted for 102.4%. Number capacity rose by 142435 numbers (61.4%) as compared to the previous year.

Based on interim data, introduction of fixed assets accounted for RUR 3088.17 million or 107.9 percent of the planned RUR 2861.867 million. Actual volume of capital investments reached RUR 3417.567 million or 108.9 percent of the planned RUR 3137.852 million. In 2003 "UTK" PJSC plans to put into operation 513 281 telephone lines gaining 137.2 percent of the year-ago period, and to assimilate RUR 4899.5 million of capital investments gaining 143.4 percent of the year ago period.
