COMSTAR – United TeleSystems (COMSTAR-UTS, LSE: CMST), the leading supplier of integrated telecommunication solutions in Russia and the CIS, announces a new appointment in Regional Technical Center (RTC), the leading alternative telecom operator in Siberian region, a member of COMSTAR-UTS Group.
On January 15, 2010, Alexander Yudichev was appointed director of RTC-Orenburg, a branch of Regional Technical Center. He will be in charge of company business development in Orenburg region.

Alexander Yudichev was born in Orenburg in 1975. He graduated from the historical department of the Orenburg Teachers’ Training University. He worked in Region telecom company, CB Incombank and was a co-founder of a chain of mobile communication stores and Merkuriy advertising agency. He is an active participant of information projects in Orenburg region, including incorporation of Venta content provider.
