The restoration work has been carried out on a twenty-four hours' basis by telecom repair teams of the Zamoskvoretskiy Telephone Node and other Nodes of the Company.

As at 09 a.m. of 17 February inst., telephone communication was fully restored at Exchanges 281 and 288; Telephone Exchanges 971 and 284 were restored in part.

Five Thousand (5 000) numbers at Telephone Exchange 971 are out of operation; communication to be provided through these numbers is to be revitalized in three days. About Three Thousand (3 000) numbers are faulty at Telephone Exchange 284; it will take some seven days to have them restarted, as is planned by the Company.

PJS MGTS-set up mobile free public call offices have been operating round-the-clock in Schepkina Street and its neighborhood. Besides, 100 public payhones within the Zamoskvoretskiy Telephone Node service area are continuously functioning in a free-call mode.

Thus, it is expected to eliminate fully the consequences of the fire by the end of the week.
