The issue of establishing of the company was approved by IDGC North-West Board of Directors.

IDGC North-West has established  a 100% subsidiary  "Energoservice North-West".  The order was signed by Director General of the IDGC North-West Alexander Kuhmay.
OJSC “Energoservice North-West" is created to conduct energy audits , to implement technical work on creating accounting systems for energy consumption and to improve measures for energy efficiency.

The issue of establishing of the company was approved by IDGC Northwest  Board of Directors.

Andrew Karandashev, head of the department of corporate relations and property management of IDGC North-West was elected to the position of General Director. The Board of Directors and the Audit Commission of  OJSC “Energoservice North-West" were also elected.

The deputy of general director of  IDGC Northwest Anatoly Kushnerov, Georgy Thurlov, Alexander Mikhalkov, director of energy transportation Svetlana Gorshkova, deputy of the chief engineer Gennady Alexandrov, general director of  “Energoservice North-West” Andrew Karandashev, chief expert of  Holding IDGC  Aleksandr Peshkov entered to the Board of Directors of energy service company

At present time, OJSC "Energoservice North-West” is in the process of state registration.

Since 1998, he worked at JSC Regional company “Altaienergo” , in 1999 - the JSC" Ekibastuz GRES-2 ", from 1999 to 2001 – financial director of Energomera Market KZ ». Since 2001 he has held various positions in the companies of  RAO EES of  Russia - JSC “Taimyrenergo "and JSC" IDGC North-West ". Since 2008 he has worked as the chief of department of corporate relations and property management of  JSC "IDGC  North-West”.
