Until the present time Teploremontnaladka (TRN) has failed to pay for heat consumed in December 2002 and has not yet paid for January. So far AO MOSENERGO has continued to deliver heat to the indebted facilities. Currently, TRN operates around 500 facilities, which distribute heat to industrial and residential consumers.

AO MOSENERGO cannot provide free heat to distributors and has repeatedly asked TRN to pay for supplied power. The lack of action on the part of TRN seems irresponsible. In an attempt to change the situation, AO MOSENERGO will have to restrict heat supplies to TRN in accordance with power supply agreement. In the first phase the heating will be cut at TRN administrative offices. Restrictions will continue until TRN pays the debts and then starts regularly paying for current consumption.
