Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Arkhangelsk region decided to stop the investigation of the violation of antimonopoly legislation against IDGC North-West".
21 December 2010, Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Arkhangelsk region decided to stop the investigation of the violation of antimonopoly legislation against IDGC North-West".Company “MosInvestStroy” appealed to the Regional Office of FAS  with the statement that the actions of IDGC North-West concerning of the technological connection of the 6-stage house in Severodvinsk( Arkhangelsk region) were illegal.

Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Arkhangelsk region  investigated that the technological connection of the object to the electricity networks of the “Archenergo” (branch of IDGC North-West)  is impossible. To implement the technological connection it is necessary  to  reconstruct  the cable line and to replace two transformers, 10 / 0,4 kV.

These works were not included in the investment program of the Arkhenergo and were not included in tariff for 2010.

Note that at the time of the trial , the investment program  of “Arkhenergo " for 2010 and long-term investment program for 2011-2015. still not been approved by the executive authorities of the Arkhangelsk region.
