November 12, 2014 the award ceremony of the XVI Annual Report for 2013 Contest, organized by the rating agency "Expert RA" was held. The Annual Report of IDGC of Centre, JSC was the winner in the nomination "Best Information Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices", established by the Russian Institute of Directors.

135 companies from various industries participated in this year's contest. The Contest Expert Committee had leading specialists in the area of annual statements, including representatives of NP "ARFI", the Centre for Corporate Governance of Higher School of Economics, RID and others. The jury judged the content of annual reports from the perspective of the most important aspects of the company, as well as compliance of the reporting with formats of the best world practices.

IDGC of Centre seeks to comply with the best international practices of corporate governance and reporting, and the high appreciation of the annual report of the Company confirms the effectiveness of selected approaches.
