On July 9, 2001 the Agreement on compensation payments for the citizens of the Russian Federation - victims of national-socialism during the World War II was signed. Hard currency payments will be made across the whole territory of the Russian Federation by Sberbank's branches upon receipt of funds from Germany within the framework of the relevant inter-state program.
