The resolution of the NKNK Inc shareholders annual general conference has increased 25 times the Company's authorized capital amounting now to about two billion rubles.

For that, a decision has been taken to issue an additional number of NKNK Inc shares which will be assigned to the current shareholders. The idea of that decision is in that each ordinary or preference share will be "added" by another 24. Thus, each shareholder will be in possession of 25 shares instead of one before. And the Company's authorized capital will accordingly be augmented from RBL 73.2m as it was until the year 2001 to one billion 830m rubles.

Such resolution of the NKNK Inc shareholders conference has been necessitated by that the real value of the NKNK Inc assets has since long surpassed the amount of the authorized capital, therefore that resolution to bring it to net wealth, i.e., to the real property of the Company which in turn will allow to increase the liquidity of the NKNK Inc stock and its investment appeal.

The value of the NKNK Inc ordinary shares at the international stock markets was, as far back as in 2000, fluctuating at the rate of 3-7 US dollars per one share which undoubtedly speaks of a high rating of the Company in the business world.
