6 June 2008, "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" INC Board of Directors held its regular session chaired by Albert K. Shigabutdinov-General Director of PSC “TAIF”.

The Board approved assignment of functional responsibilities for its members, Audit Committee members (chaired by Radik R. Gaizatullin-Finance Minister of the Tatarstan Republic) and Personnel & Consideration Committee members (chaired by Aidar R. Metshin-Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipal Region).

The Board approved the Company Management members with Vladimir M. Busygin-General Director of “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC as general executive.

The session also discussed the information about changes in production capacities of "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" INC.

The Board approved its activities plan for 2008-2009.
