Rostelecom, Russia’s national long-distance telecommunications operator,has implemented a unified Human Resources management and payroll system based on BOSS-Kadrovik software.
The system, introduced to enhance HR management efficiency, covers the Company’s Headquarters and its 9 branches with 23,500 employees.
The project was initiated by Rostelecom’s Organizational Development and Human Resources Headquarters as well as the Accounting Department.
As of now, after test installation in Rostelecom’s Headquarters and Southern, North-Western and Siberian branches, BOSS-Kadrovik HR management software is implemented for all business units of the Company.
Andrei Baklykov, Rostelecom’s Chief Information Officer, commented: “Implementation of a unified HR management and payroll system gives us a new effective instrument for complex HR tasks. It enables the Company to increase HRM quality and efficiency, while improving HR staff productivity.”
The introduced BOSS-Kadrovik HR management system is recognized as best in the Russian market of solutions for HRM-automation. The system operates in real time: all data and applications are stored on the Moscow server, with hundreds of Company users throughout the country accessing the system remotely.
