Moscow, December 29, 2005. OJSC «CenterTelecom» and OJSC «Multiregional TransitTelecom» (OJSC MTT) have signed agreements on connecting of the networks on the territory of the Belgorod, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kostroma, Kyrsk, Lipetsk, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula and Yaroslavl regions aimed at the provision of reliable functioning of communications facilities between OJSC «CenterTelecom» and OJSC «MTT».

According to the terms and conditions of the concluded agreements, OJSC «CenterTelecom» is to provide the connection of the OJSC «???» communication network at the long-distance level to the communication network of CenterTelecom for provision of incoming and outgoing traffic of the OJSC «???» clients.

Deputy General Director – Commercial Director of OJSC «CenterTeleco» Sergei Pridantsev, commenting on the agreements conclusion, noted that it was the next step on the way to upgrading of the operators interaction system in the Central Federal District of Russia. «CenterTelecom» and «???» are connected by the long lasting partnership. I’m sure that the concluded agreements on connecting of the networks will create the conditions for more active utilization of the up-to-date telecommunication services by the residents of the Central Federal District subject to the business interests of the both companies»,  - he said.
