According to Resolution No. 13/05-12 of August 14, 2002 passed by the Supervisory Board of the Anti-Monopoly Ministry of the Russian Federation the following tariffs are applicable to household, businesses and budgetary organizations located in the Perm region:  

For Households 

The fee for provision of local telephone services (fixed line subscriber charge on a flat rate basis):

·          Rub 95 per month (+18.75%) for basic individual phone service;

The fee for provision of local telephone services (fixed line subscriber charge on a per-minute basis): 

·          Rub 85.5 per month (+18.75%) for basic individual phone service;

·          Statutory time limit for local calls - 300 minutes per month;

·          Charge for each full or partial minute above and beyond the statutory time limit - 19 kopecks (+18.75%).
 

For businesses 

The fee for provision of local telephone services (fixed line subscriber charge on a flat rate basis):

·          Rub 145 per month (+11.5%) for basic individual phone service;

The fee for provision of local telephone services (fixed line subscriber charge on a per-minute basis): 

·          Rub 125 per month (+11.6%) for basic individual phone service;

·          Charge for each full or partial minute above and beyond the statutory time limit - 16 kopecks (+14.3%).

For Budgetary Organizations 

The fee for provision of local telephone services (fixed line subscriber charge on a flat rate basis):

·          Rub 145 per month (+11.5%) for basic individual phone service;

The fee for provision of local telephone services (fixed line subscriber charge on a per-minute basis): 

·          Rub 130 per month (+11.1%) for basic individual phone service;

·          Statutory time limit for local calls - 150 minutes per month;

·          Charge for each full or partial minute above and beyond the statutory time limit - 9 kopecks (+12.5%).
