The volume of electricity transmission services, according to the Business Plan for 2025, will decrease relative to the expected fact in 2024 by 0,4% and will amount to 48 424 kWh. The decrease in the volume of services is predicted to be due to the weather factor, the leap day factor and a reduction in electricity consumption in a number of border areas. The level of electricity losses in 2025 will be 10,47%. Compared with the expected level of 2024, there will be an increase of 0,33 percentage points, which is due to the consolidation of electric grid assets, including within the framework of the implementation of the functions of the System-Forming Territorial Grid Organization in the regions of presence. For 2025 and subsequent periods, measures are planned to reduce electricity losses, including the implementation of targeted organizational and technical measures, as well as measures related to the introduction of intelligent electricity metering systems.

The growth in revenue from electricity transmission services planned in the Business Plan for 2025 by 14,1% relative to the expected fact of 2024 is due to the changes of electricity tariffs. Revenue from grid connection services in 2025 is expected to be 7 163 million RUB, which is 16,2% higher than the expected level of 2024. The increase in revenue is due to the completion of large grid connection agreements in the Belgorod, Voronezh and Tver regions. In 2025, the Company will continue to work to increase the volume of unregulated services provided and forecasts revenue from other activities in the amount of at least 5 993 million RUB, which is 15,1% higher than the expected fact of 2024. In 2025, the Company plans to further develop and increase sales of the service “Performance of work attributed to the competence of the applicant when implementing grid connection”, continue active work on execution of projects for construction of outdoor lighting networks, installation of architectural and artistic lighting, design and construction/reconstruction of the applicant’s power grid facilities.

The increase in the cost of sales in 2025 relative to the expected result for 2024 is mainly due to inflationary factors, an increase in expenses for compensation of electricity losses, for payment of services for the transmission of electricity through the UNEG grids and territorial grid organizations, as well as indexation of employees’ wages.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) are projected above the expected fact in 2024 by 27,6% and will amount to 39 035 million RUB. The target net profit growth by the end of 2025 is 83,2% - up to 13 756 million RUB. In general, the Business Plan ensures a positive financial result of the activity for the entire planning period, which indicates a stable financial condition of the Company. At the same time, the Company plans to reach a new level of efficiency to achieve the main goal - reliable and high-quality electricity supply to consumers in the regions of its activity.
