fourth quarter and the twelve months ended 31 December 2024.
4Q 2024 Highlights:
New contract sales amounted to RUB 48 billion, or 177 th. sqm;
Share of mortgage
sales amounted to 44%.
FY
2024 Highlights:
New contract sales reached RUB 163 billion, or 664 th. sqm;
Share of mortgage sales amounted to 69%, compared to 76% in
2023;
Completions reached 732 th. sqm of net sellable area;
New 650 th.
sqm of net sellable area launched in the reporting period.
