The decision to appoint General Director was made by the Board of
Directors.
Boris Ebzeev began working in the industry more
than 20 years ago, holding senior positions in energy companies of
the capital region. In 2014, he headed Rosseti South, and since 2021,
he has also served as General Director of Rosseti Kuban. The service
area of these organizations includes six regions of the country with
a total population of over 14 million people.
Dozens of major projects have been implemented
under the leadership of Boris Ebzeev: infrastructure for reliable
power supply to the 2018 FIFA World Cup facilities was created, new
residential complexes, transport, logistics and industrial
enterprises, and tourist facilities on the Black Sea coast were
provided with power.
In addition, the power supply centres of the Sochi
energy hub were reconstructed, and schemes for distribution of new
renewable energy generation capacity were implemented in the Rostov
and Volgograd regions and the Republic of Kalmykia.
As part of the federal initiative “Clean Sky”,
grid facilities in the historical part of Taganrog were modernized. A
similar project is currently being implemented in Astrakhan.
Since 2014, Boris Ebzeev has been working on the
restoration of the power grid complex of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and
Kherson regions.
The new head of Rosseti Centre was introduced to
the team by Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Deputy
General Director - Chief Engineer of PJSC Rosseti Evgeny Lyapunov.
